Kelli Heu

Kelli Heu is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience at United Ground Express since June 2018, currently serving as General Manager. Prior to this role, Kelli spent over two decades at United Airlines, where responsibilities included serving as Airport Quality Control Auditor, conducting comprehensive audits of airline operations, and holding various roles such as Sr. Business Service Representative, Supervisor-Reservations, and Reservations Operations Specialist. Kelli's foundational education includes a B.A. in Ethnic Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, complemented by a high school diploma from Kamehameha Schools.
