Andrean Nechev

Andrean Nechev has a diverse work background in the field of design and user experience. Andrean is currently working as the Head of UX at United Group B.V. since 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Product Designer at Quantive from 2022 to 2023. Andrean also worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer at MentorMate from 2021 to 2022. In addition, Andrean has experience as the Head of Futurator and Product Design in Conversational AI Experience at Brand New Flow AI Agency from 2020 to 2021, and as a Product Designer, User Experience Architect, and Co-founder at IVF Assistants from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Managing Partner at Poststudio for communication design from 2009 to 2017. Andrean also had roles as a Strategy Consultant & Event Coordinator at Know-How / Show-How from 2015 to 2017, and as a Product Designer, Team Manager, Curator & Program Developer, and Speaker at SOFIA DESIGN WEEK from 2008 to 2010.

Andrean Nechev attended Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Communication design. Prior to that, they studied informatics at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Conducting Usability Testing, Get Your Product Used: Adoption and Appropriation, Journey Mapping, Service Design: How to Design Integrated Service Experiences, UX Management: Strategy and Tactics, Master In-Demand Professional Soft Skills, and Design Sprint Masterclass from various institutions in 2022.
