Ivan Tolić

Ivan Tolić began their professional career as a Junior Technical Specialist at A1 Telekom Austria Group in October 2016. Ivan quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming a Technical Specialist, Senior Technical Specialist, and eventually a Technical Specialist Coach. In this role, Ivan was responsible for providing technical support, using computer applications and programs, and communicating with users and the team. Ivan was also tasked with educating new employees to meet the company's high standards. In 2021, Ivan joined Infobip, where they served as a Monetization Solutions Technician and later a Product Engineer. In 2023, they transitioned to United Group B.V., where they currently work as a Lead Anti-Fraud Administrator.

Ivan Tolić attended Alumni VSITE and studied Information Technology.
