Rick McShane

Rick McShane serves as the Medical Director and Owner of Occucare International, operating five Occupational Medical clinics in the Metro Houston area since July 1996. In addition, Rick holds multiple Corporate Medical Director positions across various companies, including Teichert, Baker Concrete Construction, Fugro, Maersk Drilling, FairfieldNodal, Donley's, Inc., Lithko Contracting, and United Group Services. Responsibilities encompass policy development, injury and medical management, and safety support. Rick's prior experience includes serving as a Medical Coordinator for KBR, Inc., where development and management of medical deployment operations during the Iraq War were key achievements. Rick earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, completed a Family Practice Residency at Baylor College of Medicine, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from the University of Houston.
