Keri Brown

Keri Brown has a diverse work experience in project management and leadership roles. Keri is currently working at United Heritage Credit Union as the Assistant Vice President of Project Management, where they develop and implements project management processes and techniques tailored for the Credit Union. Previously, they worked at USAA as the Director of Program/Project Management, overseeing a $415M portfolio budget and leading the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Customer Relationship function. At iHeartMedia, Keri served as the PMO Director, leading a team of Scrum Masters and Project Managers in executing the IT portfolio. Keri also has experience as a Senior Project Manager at EZCORP and as an IT Project Management Consultant at Dell. Keri started their career at Dell as a Program Management Senior Manager, providing leadership to the eSupport Technical Project Manager team. Overall, Keri has demonstrated expertise in leading and delivering successful projects and has experience across various industries.

Keri Brown holds a BBA degree in Production & Operations Management from The University of New Mexico. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Scrum (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2013 and Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2012.
