SVP, Customer Success & Operations at United Imaging Healthcare

Mark Weyna is the Senior Vice President, Customer Success and Operations at United Imaging Healthcare Solutions, overseeing the development of North American operations and building UIHS’ service team to provide exceptionally caring customer service.

Mark has extensive industry experience delivering sustainable results across manufacturing operations, service, research and development, program management, and quality functions for world-class organizations. He has deep expertise in medical diagnostic imaging devices, having worked for Siemens, Philips, and GE Healthcare. A global leader, Mark speaks three languages and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

As a Vice President and General Manager at Siemens Healthineers’ Ultrasound Division, Mark oversaw operations, led a global supply chain team, and led the R&D effort developing the next generation of transducers. He introduced operational excellence strategies, built a global team, and worked to improve quality and drive innovation.

In his decade-long career at Philips Healthcare, Mark held a series of leadership roles overseeing customer services productivity programs, supply chain and operations, business process improvement, and service engineering functions. While leading supply chain and operations, he ran a global organization with plants in the United States and China. The Seattle-area factory under his leadership won Philips’ worldwide award for process excellence. Prior to joining Philips, Mark spent 18 years with General Electric, with his last role as General Manager of an ultrasound medical technology process business in Silicon Valley with a team in four countries.
