Shivam Bajpai

Shivam Bajpai is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in performance marketing and client engagement. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Ziff Davis Performance Marketing since September 2019, Shivam manages over 700 professionals, focusing on service delivery, efficiency through technology and automation, resource management, and P&L accountability. Prior to this role, Shivam was the Associate Vice President, overseeing lead generation operations. With a solid foundation in operations from DemandShore between February 2013 and August 2019, Shivam held multiple roles including Director of Operations and Delivery Head, managing large teams and client relations. Earlier career experience includes positions at Hutchison 3G. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Pune.
