Jim Darroch

Jim Darroch is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles, including the current position of Director of Marketing and Community Engagement at United Insurance since October 2023. Prior to this, Jim operated as a freelance copywriter and communications consultant from March 2019 to October 2023, delivering fractional marketing services to clients. Notably, as Director of Marketing at Backyard Farms from March 2015 to March 2019, Jim played a key role in launching a highly profitable product line and shifted the company's marketing strategy towards community partnerships. Jim's earlier experience includes positions such as Brand Communications Manager at Eastern Mountain Sports, Creative Director at Burgess Advertising & Marketing, and various roles at ASRI and Kronos, where accolades included multiple Broderson Awards.
