United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 2020. UIS is a U.S. subsidiary of United Integrated Services Co., Ltd. (UIS Taiwan) which was founded in Taiwan in 1982. UIS is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction company. We provide fully integrated design-build services to our clients in the high-technology industry for their manufacturing facility needs. Our scope of services includes engineering design, high-tech factory planning, and on-time equipment and material delivery in which clean-room systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and tool hook-up, are all vital parts in need of total coordination.

Summary: 

United Integrated Services (USA) is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our growing team! In this position, you will work closely with our International Trade Coordinator to oversee the freight forwarding process via land, air, or sea. This role involves managing and conveying critical compliance information to our clients and internal teams. The Logistics Administrator will also coordinate deliveries to our warehouses and laydown yards, working with the Logistics Manager and communicating with relevant teams. This is a fast-paced role in a demand-driven environment with tight deadlines and round-the-clock activities. Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required for this position. 

** This is a full time onsite position located in North Phoenix, AZ (85027).** 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Track all inbound containers and air freight.
  • Compile manufacturer packing lists for receiving.
  • Engage in daily interactions with key suppliers in Taiwan and the US.
  • Communicate delivery schedules with logistics managers and supervisors.
  • Assist in customs documentation tracking and submission to clients.
  • Analyze data to optimize current and future supply chain components.
  • Contribute to the development of application-based software for departmental efficiency improvements.
  • Support the automation of key tasks within the organization.
  • Manager and track inventory.
  • Communicate material deliveries to key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of site wide databases.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of work experience or internship, relevant to Logistics.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, etc.).
  • Familiar with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Familiar with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Trimble (ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a construction site environment (trailer office). 
  • High level of attention to detail, and highly organized. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

Additional Requirements: 

  • Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license. May be required to travel to other sites within Arizona.
