Gareth Owen

Gareth Owen has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Gareth is currently working as a Commercial Manager at United Living Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Gareth briefly held a similar position at Awaiting new role in July 2023.

From 2022 to 2023, Gareth worked as a Residential Commercial Manager at Caddick Construction Ltd. Before that, they served as a Regional Commercial Manager at ENGIE – UK & Ireland from 2017 to 2022.

Gareth has a long history of employment with Keepmoat Regeneration, where they held various roles including Regional Commercial Manager from 2011 to 2017, Managing Quantity Surveyor from 2007 to 2011, Senior Quantity Surveyor from 2003 to 2007, and Quantity Surveyor from 1999 to 2003.

Gareth'scareer started in 1998 at Persimmon Homes as a Quantity Surveyor. Prior to that, Gareth worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Tarmac from 1995 to 1998. Gareth also gained experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at KL Scott and Associates in 1993 and at Balfour Beatty plc in 1991-1992.

Gareth Owen attended Nottingham Trent University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying.
