James Ramsdale

James Ramsdale has a background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with extensive experience in both United Living Group and Adecco. Currently serving as the Head of Talent & Recruitment at United Living Group, James is responsible for developing and managing talent acquisition processes within the UK. Prior to this role, James held the position of Senior Talent Delivery Lead at Adecco for over 17 years, specializing in IT and Technology recruitment solutions. James Ramsdale attended Hurstmere School from 1995 to 2002.
