Noela Fitton

Noela Fitton has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to utilities, infrastructure, and strategic bids. Noela is currently the Head of Strategic Bids at United Living Group, leading bids and tenders in the gas, water, power, telecoms, and pipelines sectors. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Bids at Network Plus from 2020 to 2022. Noela also worked as a consultant at their own venture, Noela Fitton Consultancy Services, specializing in utilities and infrastructure from 2012 to 2019. Before that, Noela served as a Strategic Business Development Manager at DHL, focusing on winning supply chain contracts in the utility and infrastructure sectors. Noela has experience in asset management as the Asset Management Business Manager at United Utilities from 2007 to 2010. Noela also held management positions at United Utilities as the Customer Strategy Manager from 2005 to 2006 and from 1998 to 2005, where they led major customer research programs and was responsible for setting customer strategy. Noela began their career as a Management Consultant at Andersen Consulting from 1990 to 1995.

Noela Fitton has a Post Grad degree in English, specializing in PGCE, from the University of Cambridge. Noela also has a BA Hons degree in English from the University of Essex. Additionally, they hold an Advanced certificate in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
