Dale Paul Bsc Chrl

Dale Paul has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles within various companies. Dale first worked at Petro-Canada as the Director of Environment, Health and Safety, as well as the Manager of HR. Dale then moved on to Norbord Industries where they served as the Director of Human Resources for North America. Following that, they joined Bombardier Aerospace as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for the HR strategies and operations in the Toronto site. Currently, Dale is the Director of Human Resources in North America for United Malt, where they oversee the HR functions for multiple maltster companies.

Dale Paul has obtained a CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) certification from the Human Resources Professional Association. Dale has also completed an MBA degree from the University of Calgary and a B.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of Regina.
