Hazel Sevilla

Hazel Sevilla has extensive experience in the medical field, having worked as a Credentialing Manager and Practice Administrator at United Medical LLC since February 2010. Prior to that, Hazel served as an Office Manager at NIEVA T. DUQUE, MD, PA from December 2002 to February 2012. Hazel graduated from the Philippine School of Business Administration in 2001 with a degree in Management Information System and Business Administration and Management.
