Emily Caruso

Emily Caruso is currently a Senior Principal at United Minds, a Weber Shandwick consultancy, where Emily works on defining strategies to improve employee experience and productivity. Prior to their current role, Emily held positions at McKinsey & Company, Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group), Lockheed Martin, and General Electric, where Emily worked on various projects related to organizational design, employee engagement, communications, and business development. Emily holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in English from Trinity College-Hartford.
