Yulia Gumeniak is currently the Principal at United Minds, where Yulia leads projects on Culture, Change, and Leadership to help organizations find their true purpose. Yulia also serves as a Board Member at Resilient Ukraine, focusing on safeguarding Ukraine's resilience and elevating its voice globally. Yulia previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer and Senior Consultant at One Philosophy Group of Companies, overseeing advisory services for strategic clients. Yulia also has experience as a Global Leader Program Intern at Whirlpool Corporation, where Yulia developed go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps. Yulia holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from International Christian University.
