Roshan Rajapaksha

Roshan Rajapaksha has diverse experience in engineering and human resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager - HR & Engineering at United Motors Lanka PLC since December 2017, where responsibilities include designing and monitoring operations of solar PV systems and implementing energy efficiency measures. Previously, Roshan held the position of Engineering Executive at Little Lion Associates from May 2015 to November 2017, focusing on maintenance and quality improvements in a semi-automated cake manufacturing plant. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Energy Management from the Open University of Sri Lanka, a Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from IESL College of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies and Mathematics from the University of Kelaniya, along with additional credentials in Human Resources Management and Mechanical Engineering.
