DFL Specialist With Dfs4resilience, Uncdf at United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF)

Jessica Massie is a DFL Specialist with DFS4Resilience at the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) since March 2022, contributing to the Rwanda Country Strategy through program design, technical assistance, and enhancing financial and digital literacy. With extensive experience as an Independent Consultant from March 2010 to March 2022, Jessica supported various international organizations, including UNCDF, the World Bank, and Women's World Banking, focusing on financial capability and inclusion. Previous roles include Training Officer at Microfinance Opportunities and Program Manager at the Microcredit Summit Campaign. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Education from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from Luther College.
