Roselyne Uwamahoro is a seasoned professional in financial inclusion and development, currently serving as a Program Specialist and Digital Country Lead at the United Nations Capital Development Fund since February 2020. With extensive experience at Access to Finance Rwanda from July 2011 to February 2020, including roles as Head of Microfinance Sector Development and Financial Inclusion Specialist, Roselyne focused on enhancing access to financial services for underserved populations. Previous positions include part-time lecturer at the University of Rwanda and Business Development and Marketing Officer at CDH Rwanda. Roselyne began a career in banking as an Account Relations Officer at I&M Bank Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Project Management from Maastricht School of Management, certifications in Microfinance and Digital Money, as well as leadership training from Harvard Kennedy School and The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
