Rana Touma

Rana Touma has extensive experience in information communication technology, currently serving as the ICT Client Services Team Lead at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) since January 2001. Responsibilities include leading the ICT client services team, managing client relationships, and overseeing the implementation of end-user infrastructure projects. Rana has also contributed to data visualization and analytics initiatives, developing BI reports and performance reports. Prior roles include Database Administrator at ESCWA, Adjunct Professor at IPNET Lebanese Higher Institute of Technical & Professional, and Information Technology Technical Manager at Mideast Data Systems. Rana holds an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from Ecole Supérieure des Ingénieurs à Beirut - Université Saint Joseph.
