Apichai Jaihao

Apichai Jaihao is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in support and administration across various organizations. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at GIZ Thailand since November 2021, Apichai provides daily support for IT service desk operations and manages Microsoft 365 for The Sustainable Rice Platform. Since May 2011, Apichai has also been an Information System Assistant at the United Nations ESCAP, offering second-level help desk support, troubleshooting, and developing applications to replace legacy systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Help Desk Assistant at Adecco Phaholyothin Recruitment Ltd. and a Personal Computer Administrator at Philips Electronics (Thailand) Ltd. Apichai holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
