Policy Analyst - Climate, Water, Environmental Policy at United Nations ESCAP

Caroline Amy Turner has extensive experience in environmental management and policy analysis, currently serving as a Programme Manager for the Water Team within the Natural Resource Management Group at FAO since August 2017. Concurrently, Caroline works as a Policy Analyst focused on climate, water, and environmental policy at United Nations ESCAP, a role held since November 2018, after previously serving as an Environmental Affairs Consultant at the same organization from July 2016 to July 2017. Earlier positions include Project Research Associate at Save the Children International and Policy Analyst for the Queensland Government. Caroline began their career as an Associate Research Analyst at Amnesty International from January 2011 to December 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Environmental Management and Development from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The University of Queensland, supplemented by exchange programs in political studies and language at Boğaziçi University and Université catholique de Lyon, respectively.
