Elom Etse

Elom ETSE is an accomplished Information Systems Officer at the United Nations ESCAP since February 2019, where leadership in the Resource Management Team (now the Digital Transformation Unit) included overseeing IT projects, managing business process automation, and migrating applications to the cloud.
