Stephen Cooper is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in international organizations, particularly within the United Nations system. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) since September 2017, Stephen has a strong background in financial management, having held senior roles such as Senior Programme Coordinator for Business Process Reengineering and Change Management at UNODC and Chief of the Budget Unit at the United Nations Office in Vienna.
