Shay Bialik

Shay Bialik currently serves as the Global Director - Head of Sustainability and Impact at Strauss Group, overseeing the implementation of the company’s 2030 Sustainability and ESG strategy while leading sustainability, ESG, and CSR initiatives across global operations. In addition to this role, Bialik is recognized as an SDG Pioneer by the United Nations Global Compact and serves as a lecturer at Reichman University in the School of Sustainability. Previous experience includes positions as a Sustainable Development Expert at the United Nations, Deputy Head of Economic and Social Affairs at the Permanent Mission of Israel to the UN, and Department Head of Economic and Social Affairs at the Permanent Mission of Israel to the OECD. Early career roles include leading educational programs within the Israeli Knesset and serving as a spokesperson for a Jerusalem City Council member. Bialik holds multiple degrees, including an Executive Certification in Board Directorship from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a master's in Development Policy and Economic Analysis from The New School.
