Ludivine Estienne is a seasoned Human Rights Officer with extensive experience in gender equality and human rights advocacy. Since August 2022, Ludivine has been with the United Nations Human Rights, following a notable tenure at the OSCE from December 2015 to May 2022 as Gender Focal Point and Human Dimension Officer. Key responsibilities included monitoring and reporting on human rights issues, capacity building on gender mainstreaming, and facilitating outreach initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Long-Term Electoral Observer and Coordinator for various international electoral missions, as well as roles with UNICEF and other organizations focused on child protection and addressing gender-based violence. Ludivine holds a Master’s degree in Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from the University of Law of Aix-Marseille and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Law of Grenoble.
