Peter Šarf is an experienced information systems professional with a strong background in programming and systems engineering. Currently serving as an Information Systems Officer at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) since August 2014, Peter has previously held roles as an Associate Programmer Analyst at the same organization and as a UNODC Associate Programme Officer at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) from May 2010 to July 2014. Earlier experience includes positions as a Systems Engineer at SRC d.o.o. and HIT d.d. between 2004 and 2010. Peter holds a Master of Science in Computer Security from the University of Liverpool and a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Fakulteta za Elektrotehniko v Ljubljani.
