Emile Tongunga

Emile Tongunga is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in information systems and software development. Emile has been associated with the United Nations since July 2005, holding various key positions such as Information Systems Officer, Software Architect, Chief of Quality Assurance and Audit, Chief of the Security Registration Unit, and Project Manager. Prior to this, Emile worked as an IT Manager and Applications Developer at Celtel Congo DRC from 2001 to June 2005, and served as a consultant in software development at TabaCongo during the same period. Emile holds a degree in Ingenieur Civil with a specialization in Electrical Engineering from Université de Kinshasa, obtained between 1992 and 2001.
