Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the United Nations International School, Ashlee previously held similar leadership roles at Park Avenue Armory and the Museum of Arts and Design, where responsibilities included developing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and talent management, and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Ashlee began the HR journey at Columbia Artists as Chief Administrative Officer, managing administrative and HR functions while leading organizational policy development. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Professional Human Resources Management from Pace University and a BFA in Dance from The Ohio State University, along with extensive training in Yoga.
