Alfonso E. Zabaleta

Alfonso E. Zabaleta is an experienced Humanitarian Affairs Officer at the United Nations OCHA, where responsibilities include analyzing humanitarian access dynamics and coordinating the implementation of the Humanitarian Access Strategy.
