Joelle Harfouche is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in humanitarian affairs and political science. Since March 2020, Joelle has served as a Humanitarian Affairs Officer at the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). Prior to this role, Joelle worked at the Middle East Institute for Research and Strategic Studies as a Program Assistant from May 2015 to March 2020, and served as an Advisor Assistant at the EPP Group in the European Parliament in 2017.
