Nils D.

Nils D. has extensive experience in humanitarian coordination and operations, currently serving at the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) since 2019, where roles have included Deputy Head of Office in Yemen and leadership in civil-military coordination and humanitarian access. Prior to OCHA, Nils held the position of Chief Executive at First Light Southwest from 2015 to 2019 and was involved with the United Nations from 2013 to 2015, overseeing operations and leading a joint operations center. Nils's career began in the Royal Marines, where service as an Officer spanned from 2004 to 2013.
