Dr. Abhilash Panda

Dr. Abhilash Panda has extensive experience in disaster risk reduction and resilience, working with organizations such as the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction and UNDP. Dr. Abhilash has led various projects in urban risk reduction, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies in regions such as South East Asia and the Pacific. Dr. Panda also has a background in electronics and telecom engineering, and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Huddersfield.
