Heather Lorenzen

Heather Lorenzen is an experienced consultant and advisor specializing in sexual and reproductive health, particularly in emergency settings. Currently serving as a Sexual and Reproductive Health in Emergencies Consultant at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) since July 2020 and as a Global Health Advisor with Alight since April 2020, Heather has also contributed to various organizations such as Management Systems International, Sphere Standards, Plan International, and the Women's Refugee Commission. Key projects include rapid assessments and evaluations focused on health needs among marginalized populations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, as well as technical writing for crucial health guidelines and modules.
