Priyanka Pruthi

Priyanka Pruthi serves as the Head of Multimedia at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) since April 2021, overseeing the strategy, production, and management of impactful visual storytelling to enhance the organization's global brand. Prior to this role, Priyanka held various positions at UNICEF from 2011 to April 2021, including Senior Producer for Global Content Strategy and Lead Producer for Digital Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed the development and execution of multimedia content strategies for digital platforms, management of creative processes, and collaboration with global teams. Priyanka's early career included a role as an Anchor and Principal Correspondent at New Delhi Television, where live news coverage and reporting on critical social issues were key responsibilities. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Documentary Journalism from New York University, a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Asian College of Journalism, and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
