Atkia Waseka Rahman

Atkia Waseka Rahman is the Senior Vice President at UNYSAB. Prior to their current position, Atkia worked as the Assistant Manager of Marketing & PR at Olive Tree Foods. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure the execution of all major promotions on the Marketing calendar. This included new products, promotions, special events and PR activity.

Atkia has also worked as a part of cross-functional teams involving Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Finance. In these roles, they were responsible for producing new concepts and preparing reports of existing campaigns based on customer feedback and sales report. Additionally, Atkia supervised till completion of the signage locations of new store.

With their extensive experience in marketing and coordination, Atkia is an asset to UNYSAB. In their current role as Senior Vice President, they are responsible for leading UNYSAB’s team of marketing professionals and overseeing all marketing initiatives for the company.

Atkia Waseka Rahman has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from East West University, with a focus in marketing. Atkia also attended the Global Leadership Fellows Program at Cornell Alliance for Science at Cornell University. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education in Business Studies at Dhaka City College, and their Secondary School Certificate in Business/Commerce at Mohammadpur Preparatory Higher Secondary School.
