Kevin Boucher

Kevin Boucher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and communications. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Communications Officer at Operation HOPE since May 2014, Kevin Boucher oversees organizational strategy, messaging, advocacy, and partnership engagement for the nation's largest financial literacy organization. Concurrently, Kevin Boucher serves as a Special Consultative Member of the Economic and Social Development Council at the United Nations. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Creative Management International, where Kevin Boucher founded a boutique agency focused on strategic planning and turnaround strategies for various prominent clients. Earlier experiences include Co-Executive Director of the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce and Co-Chair of the Clinton/Gore Presidential Campaign. Kevin Boucher holds a degree from Rutgers University.
