Todd McGarvey

Todd McGarvey is an experienced professional in public policy and climate change, currently serving as Chief of Staff at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy since November 2016, and as a Special Assistant to the UN Special Adviser on Climate Change. McGarvey's previous roles include Special Assistant for Policy Planning and Special Assistant to the Dean at the University of Maryland, as well as positions at the Center for Global Sustainability and the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions, contributing to various research projects and strategic initiatives. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Public Policy focused on Climate & Energy Policy from the University of Maryland, along with prior studies in Environmental Policy and Economics.
