Caroline Harju

Caroline Harju has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Caroline is currently serving as the Director of Procurement at UNFI since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Martin Brower, where they held multiple positions including Senior Manager, U.S. Supply Chain, Manager, Global Operations Support, Project Manager, Senior Operations Analyst, and Operations Support Analyst. Their tenure at Martin Brower lasted from 2012 to 2022. Before joining Martin Brower, Caroline worked at Ralph Lauren as a Vendor Compliance Analyst from 2010 to 2012. Caroline also gained experience as an ITAP Student Director and a Winter Term in Service El Salvador Reflections Intern at DePauw University. Caroline started their career as a Marketing and Communications Associate at IHETS in 2009. Caroline's early experience includes a role as a Corporate Intern in Distribution & Logistics at the Independent Purchasing Cooperative in 2008.

Caroline Harju received their high school diploma from East Grand Rapids High School in 2006. Caroline then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from DePauw University, completing their education in 2010.
