Daniel Yeo has a strong background in instructional design and learning communications. Daniel currently works as a Lead Instructional Designer at UNFI since 2022. Before that, they worked at Verizon from 2006 to 2022, where they served in various roles such as Learning Communications Designer and Instructional Designer. At Verizon, they created training content through scripting, filming, and editing videos, and also collaborated with subject matter experts to develop online and instructor-led training programs. Prior to their time at Verizon, Daniel held roles at DeVry University Online, including Adjunct Instructor, Program Counsel, and Instructional Designer.
Daniel Yeo holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University at Buffalo. Daniel also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from the same university. Additionally, Daniel has acquired certifications in "Building Your Team" and "New Manager Foundations" from LinkedIn in 2021, as well as certifications in "The Creative Spark: Von Glitschka, Illustrative Designer" in 2014 and "Creative Inspirations: Duarte Design, Presentation Design Studio" in 2010, also obtained through LinkedIn.
