Matt Howell

Matt Howell has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Matt began their career in 1998 at Frito-Lay, where they held various finance positions and achieved notable successes, such as developing and implementing strategic net revenue plans and leading cross-functional initiatives. In 2016, they joined SUPERVALU as a Senior Director of Finance, where they successfully led a team in delivering profits and implementing new forecasting processes. In 2020, Matt joined Deluxe as an Executive Director, leading sales planning and analytics efforts to drive organic sales growth. Most recently, they joined UNFI as a Senior Finance Director, where they improved profitability and oversaw strategic planning and forecasting processes. Prior to their career in finance, Matt served in the US Army, where they held leadership positions and played a key role in supply chain optimization, maintenance operations, and division readiness.

Matt Howell attended The Wharton School where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on Actuarial Mathematics.
