Rebekah Baker

Rebekah Baker, ACS CCP, has a diverse work experience in the specialty cheese industry. Rebekah is currently working as the National Sales Director - Specialty at UNFI since February 2023. Previously, they held the position of Category Director Cheese & Specialty at UNFI from January 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, Rebekah worked as the Director of Sales at Treeline Cheese from August 2021 to December 2021. Rebekah also has experience as the Western Regional and Natural Channel Sales Manager at Tillamook County Creamery Association, where they successfully launched and established the brand as the #2 Specialty Cheddar brand in the West. Additionally, Rebekah has worked as a Category Group Manager at Tony's Fine Foods, Corporate Director of Specialty Cheese at Nugget Market, Inc., and Specialty Associate Team Leader at Whole Foods Market. Rebekah began their career as a Manager on Duty at Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread & Wine.

Rebekah Baker, ACS CCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and Fine Art from Wheaton College, which they obtained between the years 2005 and 2009. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued an Executive MBA from Sacramento State College of Business Administration. Additionally, Rebekah has certifications in Cicerone Level 1 from the Cicerone® Certification Program and ACS Certified Cheese Professional from the American Cheese Society.
