Sam Saffrin

Sam Saffrin has a strong background in finance and accounting. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte. Sam then moved on to Allianz Life, where they served as a Financial Reporting Senior from 2011 to 2013, and later as a Principal Financial Analyst from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined SUPERVALU as a Manager Financial Reporting, and quickly progressed to the role of Senior Manager Corporate Accounting and then Senior Manager - Internal Reporting. Since 2019, they have been working at UNFI, starting as a Senior Manager FP&A and advancing to Director Corporate FP&A, Senior Director of Corporate and Consolidated FP&A, and currently holds the position of VP of Finance - Retail. Additionally, Saffrin has experience as a Statistics Tutor at the University of Saint Thomas from 2006 to 2008.

Sam Saffrin studied at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.
