Carolyn Trader, M.B.A., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Development Director at the United Negro College Fund, Carolyn has previously held significant positions including Sr. Managing Director at TMI Consulting Group, Interim Executive Director (Consultant) at Pathways Regional Employment Support Services, and Immediate Past-President of the National Black MBA Association (Los Angeles). Additionally, Carolyn contributed to development and marketing efforts at A Place Called Home. Carolyn holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts & Broadcasting from California State University, Los Angeles.
