Julia Foutz

Julia Foutz is an experienced professional in the field of public health and epidemiology, currently serving as the Manager of Research Science at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since March 2018. In this role, Julia manages a multidisciplinary team and oversees complex transplant-related research. Previous positions at UNOS included Research Scientist and Research Analyst, supporting various committees and conducting significant analytic studies in organ transplantation. Prior to UNOS, Julia worked as a Policy Analyst at the Kaiser Family Foundation and held research positions at Virginia Commonwealth University, focusing on mental health and diabetes risk. Julia holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
