Katie Favaro

Katie Favaro is an experienced performance analyst at United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since May 2012. In the current role, responsibilities include monitoring transplant programs and organ procurement organizations, facilitating peer evaluations, and serving as a subject matter expert on OPTN bylaws. Previous roles at UNOS include membership analyst, review board/operations coordinator, and regional coordinator, where Katie demonstrated expertise in process improvement, data management, and stakeholder collaboration. Prior to UNOS, experience included roles in healthcare administrative support at Allianz Worldwide Partners and financial services at First Market Bank. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Anthropology from James Madison University.
