Tony Ponsiglione

Tony Ponsiglione has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Tony'smost recent position was with the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) where they served as the Chief People Officer since October 2022 and previously as the Human Resources Officer from April 2017. Prior to UNOS, Tony held senior leadership positions at Genworth, AMF Bowling Worldwide, Level 3 Communications, Thorn UK, Limited PLC, Thorn Europe Division of Thorn/EMI PLC, Thorn Americas, Thorn/EMI PLC, Mervyn's/Dayton Hudson's/Target Corp., and NorCal Division, Safeway Stores, Inc. Tony has demonstrated expertise in managing human resources functions and has a strong background in organizational operations and HR strategy.

Tony Ponsiglione attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of San Francisco from 1987 to 1989, earning a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organization Development.
