Mandy Hartz currently serves as a Teaching Fellow for the Public Narrative course at Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education under Professor Marshall Ganz, starting in July 2023. In addition, Mandy holds the position of Director of Membership Engagement at UNAC/UHCP since February 2019. Previous roles include serving as the USW Health Care Workers Council Coordinator from September 2010 to February 2019 and as an Internal Organizer/Staff Representative at SEIU Healthcare PA from July 2008 to September 2010. Early career experience includes working as a Research Analyst at SEIU 1107 Nevada for one year. Mandy Hartz holds a Certificate in Leadership, Organizing, and Action from Harvard University, a Master of Arts in Applied Political Science from American University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Allegheny College.
