Rafael Rodriguez

Rafael Rodriguez currently serves as the President-elect of the United Nurses Staff Union, representing staff at UNAC/UHCP since February 2024. Previously, Rafael has worked as a Staff Representative for UNAC/UHCP since July 2022 and held various roles at Kaiser Permanente from August 2002 to July 2022, including Regional Practice Leader, Assistant Department Administrator, Health Educator, and Registered Nurse. Earlier in Rafael's career, experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse was gained at Foothill Presbyterian Hospital from June 1997 to July 1999. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from California State University, Fullerton, and ongoing studies in Labor Studies at Los Angeles Trade Technical College.
