Nico Meyer

Nico Meyer has over a decade of experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Vessel Manager at United Offshore Support GmbH since November 2017, responsible for vessel management in the fleet cells across West Africa, Europe, and South East Asia. Previously, Nico held roles in the QHSE Department as Marine Superintendent and led the establishment of this department. Earlier positions include Kapitän at Jade Dienst GmbH, and various roles such as Kapitän in Seebodenräumung and Client Representative at EMS Maritime Offshore GmbH and v. Rundstedt & Partner GmbH, respectively. Nico also served as Nautical Officer and 2nd Mate/Chief Mate at HOCHTIEF Solutions AG and German Tanker Shipping Group. Academic credentials include a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) für Seeverkehr, Nautik from Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven, supplemented by studies at Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg.
